Nick Name's easy synthesis of diverse music reflects a healthy disregard for genre distinction. Having played London extensively across many scenes, including numerous high profile residencies, he began making regular trips to the US, and all around Europe, in '97, after supporting DJ Krush and guesting at Codek Records parties at Bowery Ballroom.
Community Radio mixes up the past and present, with special guests and exclusives from care in the community recordings. The label is an off-shoot of care in the community audiovisual, the London based multi-disciplinary outfit that Nick co-founded with artist/designer Luis Carvajal.
